Appointment Booking and Deposit Policy

At Connecticut Veterinary Center, we strive to ensure smooth operations and accommodate the needs of all our clients. To maintain efficient scheduling, provide timely care to all patients, and honor the commitments of our dedicated team of veterinarians and staff, we have established the following:

Appointment and Deposit:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking for all new clients, surgery appointments, groomings, and clients who have not visited us within the last two years.

  • This deposit will be applied towards the cost of the scheduled appointment, ensuring your time slot and access to veterinary care is reserved.


Late or No Arrival:

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.

  • If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, they may be seen at the discretion of the doctor based on availability.

  • If the doctor agrees to see the client, please expect a wait as the scheduled appointment time has passed, and there may not be sufficient time available.

  • If an appointment is:

    • canceled with less than 24 hours' notice

    • not attended due to absence (no arrival)

    • unavailable to be seen by a doctor due to a late arrival

The deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required prior to booking another appointment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, adherence to this policy helps us maintain efficient scheduling and ensures that our services are available to all who need them.
